Protect Idaho-Nevada-Utah Civil Rights
Since its founding in 1909, the NAACP has been a consistent voice in the fight for racial justice and a major driving force in establishing and protecting the civil and political rights of African Americans and other minority groups.
With the creation of the NAACP Tri-State Conference, the NAACP continues its mission by focusing on the states of Idaho, Nevada, and Utah. It aims to achieve equality, political rights protection, and social inclusion by promoting policies and practices that expand human and civil rights, eliminate discrimination, and advance the well-being, education, and economic security of Black individuals, people of color, and marginalized communities.
